三公特殊牌型有以下幾種：
- 三公：三張J、Q、K中的任意組合，是最大的牌型，可以贏任何其他牌型。
- 暗公：三張相同的J、Q、K中的一種，例如JJJ或QQQ，次於三公。
- 光頭：三張10、J、Q、K中的不同組合，例如10JQ或JKK，次於暗公。
- 九點：三張牌的點數之和為9，次於光頭。
- 八點：三張牌的點數之和為8，次於九點。
- 以此類推，直到零點。

在比較三公牌型時，先比較三公特殊牌型，如果沒有特殊牌型，則比較點數。如果有相同的特殊牌型或點數，則比較花色。花色的大小順序是：黑桃>紅心>梅花>方塊。如果花色也相同，則視為平手；另外就是三公贏家是牌型最大的玩家，他可以拿走桌子中央的所有籌碼。如果有平手的情況，則平分籌碼。最後當一局三公遊戲結束後，莊家可以決定是否要繼續當莊，或者把莊權交給其他玩家。然後開始下一局遊戲。
