It will make changes to your registry and will look for some setup files. I had a portable version a long time ago, and I could look at making one again. The reason I stopped doing it is because it has a ton of compressed data it decompresses, which make it take a while to load. I solved that by decompressing all of it into a file the first time it runs so that it loads much faster (a lot of people appreciate that when I did it!).

If there's a lot of interest, I could definitely look into doing it again -- all the hooks should still be there.
